Autograph Tree

a vibrant plant that looks very similar to the photo I received. I've had it for almost three weeks and it is still sturdy and healthy. There were no bruising or damaged leaves when I received it.

full of bugs / dry as hell

beautiful plants but I soon found out that it had tons of little mosquitoes in the soil :( I did write to you immediately upon receipt, but got no response to date. Same with the prayer plant - no mosquitoes, but it arrived with parched leaves, looks like it was kept in a very dry environment, I'm now trying to nurse back to life.

Hi Fanny,

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We're sorry to hear you had a less than stellar experience. We are a small team that loves, inspects and cares for all of our plants and customer service is a top priority but we are human so we apologize if we missed your initial message.

Both of the plants on your order are pretty hardy. The Prayer Plant should bounce back with a good water and mist. As for the Clusia, we suggest moving it away from your other plants to reduce the likelihood of the little pests spreading. Please feel free to send us some photos and we are happy to help assist with any further troubleshooting. We have recommendations on how to eliminate the pests but want to see what they are to ensure we are giving you the right advice.

Sincerely,
The Chive Team
