This popular houseplant is also commonly known as the 'Table Palm' or 'Fan Palm'. It thrives well in bright, indirect light, but can also tolerate some medium indirect light. Keep its soil moist by allowing the top inch of the soil to become dry before watering next. Be careful not to overwater the plant.

This palm likes humidity so mist it often or pair with a humidifier or pebble tray. The Fan Palm is pet friendly, but watch your fur babies closely when they are near the plant as it does have thorns on its stem.
