Parsley seeds grow the biennial workhorse herb that garnishes nearly everything and genuinely improves most of it, dependable in nearly any temperate garden. Shido parsley seeds are non-GMO and hermetically vacuum-sealed — you can grow parsley in pots right by the kitchen door — while paper-packed seed loses germination viability inside a year. Parsley is the slowest germinator in the herb drawer, taking longer than seems reasonable, and old folklore insists the seed visits the devil seven whole times before finally sprouting.
